Duration 1 hour  - Suitable for all fitness levels - No need to book just turn up.
 
Sessions consist of the following activities in order:
 
  1. Treadmill
  2. Elliptical Trainer
  3. Rower
  4. Boxing and Kickboxing
  5. Agility Wall
  6. Cardiovascular Circuit (Completed 3 times)
  7. Resistance Circuit (Light weight with emphasis on technique)
  8. Game Bikes
  9. Dance Pads
  10. Stretching
All kids will be provided with  their own training  cards to record their progress.
 
 
Battle Fit Boot Camp
 
Conducted by our experienced  military instructors.  Chief Instructor, Colin Morgan has 26 years of military service under his belt, including running the Special Forces Training for a British Army Unit.
 
Training will be conducted at Hannah Watts Park and will include Stretcher Races, Tug of War and many other military style activities.  All levels of fitness are catered for, and all activities are designed to be challenging but fun!!!
